I am looking for a long-term working relationship. Not 1-2 months and then ciao. The job is ongoing and needs long-term commitment.

Let me share with you the task that you need to do and your working hours

9 am - 6 pm (Mon-Fri)

You’ll be responsible for designing hijabs, crafting visual content for social media, creating marketing and AI-generated videos, editing images, and producing branding assets across all platforms. This position is ideal for someone highly creative, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a purpose-driven fashion brand.

Core Responsibilities

Product & Hijab Design
- Create original hijab print designs or fabric mockups (floral, abstract, seasonal, Islamic motifs)
- Collaborate on mood boards and design direction for new collections
- Support product development and digital previews

Social Media & Graphic Design
- Design static and animated graphics for social media platforms
- Develop consistent visual branding across all channels
- Create templates for recurring content (weekly hadiths, testimonials, new arrivals)

AI & Marketing Video Production
- Use AI tools (e.g., CapCut, Heygen, Kaiber, Pika) to produce promotional or narrative-style short videos.
- Create and edit reels: product highlights, behind-the-scenes, customer reviews, and how-to tutorials.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, and trending music where applicable

Image Editing & Touch-Ups
- Edit and retouch product photos for clarity, lighting, and consistency
- Enhance UGC for feed consistency and marketing campaigns
- Generate mockups using Photoshop or AI tools for upcoming designs

E-Commerce Visual Assets
- Design banners, pop-ups, and thumbnails for the website
- Help format product image galleries and size guides
- Create digital materials for promotions, bundle offers, and pop-up events

Additional Tasks
- Every task above has unlimited edits
- Help with other miscellaneous tasks as required

Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or AI video tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, Kaiber, Pika.art, or HeyGen
- Portfolio with relevant work (fashion brand, social media design, AI content)
- Strong eye for design and understanding of modest fashion culture
- Independent, creative, and reliable with timely delivery
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify visuals or e-commerce platforms

You must have:
1) Your own laptop/PC
2) Working speaker and microphone.
3) Willing to learn
4) Can-do attitude.

There will be 2 rounds of interviews. 1 will be a written and the other 1 is a live meeting. So you must have a working speaker and a microphone.

If you are selected, you will be subject to a 2-month probation period, during which you will not receive paid leave.
