Remote Sales & Customer Support Representative

We're Hiring: Remote Sales & Customer Support Representative (Night Shift)
Location: Remote | Salary: $650/month
Start Date: ASAP
Working Days: Friday through Tuesday (5 days/week)
Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippines time) / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (UK time)

We’re a UK-based property management company seeking a committed and detail-oriented sales representative to join our remote team for the long term. You’ll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting our daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
Advise on services, promotions, and bookings
Manage orders, payments, cancellations, and upgrades
Persuade customers to retain services and suggest solutions to issues
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed

Requirements:
Fluent in English (C1+); experience with UK market is a strong advantage
At least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Reliable PC/laptop, stable internet, and a backup plan for outages
