About Us
We’re a growing recruitment firm specializing in aerospace,. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our candidate sourcing, outreach, and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
???? Candidate Sourcing & Messaging:
-Search LinkedIn for relevant candidate profiles based on role requirements
-Send personalised outreach messages via LinkedIn
-Review replies in LinkedIn inbox, keep track of engaged candidates
-Add responsive candidates to a spreadsheet or CRM for follow-up
???? Inbox & Candidate Pipeline Management:
-Check daily for new LinkedIn messages
-Draft or send polite, professional replies to candidates
-Maintain an updated list of new candidates to call with their phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles
???? Business Development Support:
-Create targeted business development lists to spec candidates out to
-Research decision-makers on LinkedIn and compile into spreadsheets
-Monitor relevant LinkedIn posts to identify business development leads (e.g., job changes, team growth, hiring announcements)
???? Job Search & Alerts:
-Set up and monitor job alerts for relevant roles across job boards and LinkedIn
-Search the web for active roles where our candidates might be a good fit
-Compile lists of job links, companies, and hiring contacts
Requirements
? Experience in recruitment, lead generation, or virtual assistant roles
? Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and Boolean search
? Excellent English — written and spoken
? High attention to detail and ability to work independently
? Familiarity with Google Sheets, Gmail, and basic research tools
? Reliable internet connection
Bonus (not required but preferred):
-Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite
-Familiarity with any ATS or CRM (e.g., Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder)
-Previous recruitment agency experience
