Role Overview:
We are looking for an Etsy Shop Manager who will take full ownership of store operations — from product uploads and SEO optimization to marketing campaigns, analytics, and conversion growth. This is a remote, long-term role for someone creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in selling digital downloads.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the Etsy shop (product listings, descriptions, images, tags, pricing).

Research keywords and competitors to improve SEO ranking and visibility.

Create and optimize product titles and descriptions for conversion.

Manage digital product delivery and troubleshoot customer issues.

Analyze shop performance (traffic, sales, conversion rate) and prepare reports.

Collaborate on marketing campaigns (Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram).

Test new product ideas and contribute to the product roadmap.

Ensure brand consistency across listings and visuals.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing or growing an Etsy store (preferably with digital products).

Strong understanding of Etsy SEO, analytics, and marketing tools.

Excellent written English and attention to detail.

Experience with Canva, Notion, or similar tools for digital product creation.

Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing or organic promotion is a plus.

Self-driven, organized, and proactive in suggesting improvements.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for product creation or marketing.

Background in HR, recruiting, or digital entrepreneurship.
