Description:

Hi! We’re an ocean-focused coaching brand helping people master the sport of foilboarding through a structured online/offline program. We’re seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) Technical VA who can help build and maintain the funnel system that drives our business — from landing pages to automated emails to CRM workflows.

? Your Primary Responsibilities:
Build Landing Pages, Opt-in Forms, and Tripwire Checkout Pages inside GoHighLevel

Set up and manage Automated Email Sequences (welcome emails, nurture flows, product offers)

Organize CRM Smart Lists, tagging systems, and lead workflows

Create trigger-based automations (e.g. opt-in ? email ? tripwire ? core offer)

Integrate forms, Stripe checkouts, and GHL calendar bookings

Assist with community tagging, segmentation, and tracking user actions

Troubleshoot GHL issues with funnels, forms, and campaigns

????? Your Skillset:
1+ years using GoHighLevel for funnel and automation setup

Strong grasp of CRM logic, triggers, workflows, and Smart Lists

Ability to build branded pages (we use Canva for creative)

Confident with Zapier, Stripe, Calendars, and form integrations

Comfortable working with an online coaching/membership business

Bonus: Experience with Instagram lead funnels, Meta pixel, or YouTube conversion paths

???? Working Hours & Format:
Flexible hours, but availability for weekly check-in call (AEST time)

Part-time (10–20 hrs/week) to start ? may scale to full-time

All tasks will be managed in Google Sheets

Starting: $6–$10 USD/hr depending on experience

Or Fixed Monthly: $600–$1,200 USD

Bonuses for successful campaign performance or speed-of-execution
