Full-Time Manager Position Available – Great Incentives Included!

We are a small online Australian company looking to expand, and we now require a full-time Manager to assist with our e-commerce business, Monday to Friday.

The right candidate will join an already established team to help grow and scale the company. This role includes a variety of tasks across e-commerce and social media sectors — no previous experience is required. Full training will be provided before new responsibilities are assigned.

We are hiring someone who is a natural-born leader, someone we can rely on and who is constantly striving for excellence.

You will require:

Excellent common sense

Ability to learn quickly

A modern smartphone (iOS or Android)

Familiarity with social media is a bonus

Availability to work 5 days per week, 8–10 hours per day (this is a full-time position only)

Must be trustworthy and have excellent communication skills with both management and other staff members

Compensation:

Starting pay is $2 AUD per hour

Performance-based bonuses and commission structure
