Each project requires multiple versions for A/B testing

?? What You Must Be Able to Do
48-hour maximum turnaround (speed is critical)

Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Strong text animation, pacing, subtitle styling, and sound design

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly under pressure

Able to work independently with minimal direction — results are what matter

Direct response ad experience — you know how to drive clicks, not just views

Comfortable sourcing & organizing UGC, AI, stock clips

Can create scroll-stopping edits from minimal inputs

Clear, proactive communicator
