Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and fluent English speaker to manage dispatch operations. You’ll be responsible for securing loads, negotiating with brokers, communicating with drivers, and ensuring all routes run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities
• Monitor load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and book profitable loads
• Call brokers to negotiate rates and confirm bookings
• Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone and messaging apps
• Track loads from pickup to delivery
• Complete rate confirmations, BOLs, and updates in dispatch software
• Solve issues quickly (layovers, delays, mechanical issues, etc.)
• Maintain organized logs and load history



Requirements
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• High-speed internet and backup connection
• Experience using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) preferred
• Logistics or dispatch experience is a major plus
• Ability to work U.S. hours (EST time zone, 8AM–6PM)
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Professional and reliable work ethic



Bonus Points (Not Required)
• Experience with U.S. freight dispatch
• Familiarity with TMS or dispatching software (e.g., Truckbase, ITS Dispatch)
• Previous remote work for a U.S. logistics company
