I’m looking for a talented thumbnail designer who can create bright, bold, and engaging thumbnails for YouTube and social media. The style involves clean backgrounds, exaggerated facial expressions, overlays, and vibrant colors — proven to increase clicks and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Design thumbnails based on provided screenshots and style guides

Use background removal, color grading, and graphic overlays

Deliver files on time in .PSD or high-res .PNG format

Requirements:
