I’m an entrepreneur and content creator running a rapidly growing business in the AI and B2B sales space. My time is best spent on strategy, YouTube content, and building high-leverage relationships. When my mind is clear and my stress is low, I perform at my absolute best—and I’m looking for someone exceptional to make that possible.

This is not a standard PA role. I’m looking for an A+ player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and takes pride in being one step ahead.

What You’ll Do
Your job is to make my life and business run seamlessly, so I can focus on high-impact work. You’ll handle:

? Personal admin: scheduling, travel planning, ordering groceries (for me & family), managing recurring tasks.
? Business support: coordinating with my team, hiring freelancers (like designers/editors), keeping projects on track.
? Organization & systems: creating SOPs, tracking priorities, and building systems to keep things moving smoothly.
? Proactive problem-solving: spotting bottlenecks, taking initiative, and thinking 2–3 steps ahead.

You’ll be deeply involved in everything—from helping with my YouTube content workflow to coordinating with thumbnail designers, running small errands, and ensuring my day-to-day life is stress-free.

Fast learner – you can pick up new tools and workflows quickly (AI tools, project trackers, etc.).

Organized at a world-class level – you can manage multiple moving pieces and never drop the ball.

Creative problem solver – you figure things out even without a clear playbook.

Bonus points if you have experience hiring/managing freelancers, working with content creators, or running operations for entrepreneurs.
