Key Responsibilities
• Identify, source, and evaluate real estate acquisition opportunities through market research, networking, and data analysis
• Perform financial modeling, feasibility studies, and due diligence to assess the profitability and risk of potential investments
• Negotiate purchase terms, coordinate with legal teams, and manage acquisition timelines
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry professionals
• Stay current on market trends, zoning laws, and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate with internal teams including finance, development, and operations to ensure successful hand-off post-acquisition

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• 1-3+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling investment, or development
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Deep understanding of local real estate markets and regulations
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Argus, and real estate CRM platforms
