Shopify Product Lister

We’re a fast growing eCommerce skincare brand committed to creating beautiful, high quality products, and we believe every detail matters.

We're currently looking for a Shopify Product Lister who is highly detail oriented and passionate about clean, well presented online listings. While product listing is the main focus of this role, we’re also looking for someone who can support us with product research, image editing, and other basic Shopify or admin tasks when needed. From product data to presentation, we care about getting everything right, and we’re looking for someone who does too.

This is a flexible, part time role with the potential to grow into a long term opportunity based on performance and fit.

What You’ll Do
• Create and publish product listings in Shopify
• Write clear, engaging product descriptions that highlight key benefits
• Upload and organize product images with clean formatting
• Add relevant tags, metafields, and organize products into collections
• Maintain accuracy across all listings and update older products as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure product details are complete and consistent
• Double check everything. No broken images, no typos, no missing information
• Support product research tasks
• Use Canva and or Photoshop to create clean, polished product images
• Assist with spreadsheets (for organizing SKUs, inventory, or research data)
• Help with occasional Shopify or admin tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience listing products in Shopify
• Extremely detail oriented. You don’t rush and always triple check your work
• Advanced image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop)
• Experience with product research
• Strong familiarity with Shopify themes and layout adjustments
• Native level written English with perfect grammar and clarity
• Flexible availability and responsive communication during the day
• Able to commit roughly 1 to 2 hours per day, 5 to 7 days a week
• Organized and structured. You know how to work with sheets and systems
• Experience in skincare is a plus but not required
• A reliable computer and stable internet connection

Compensation & Growth
• $4 USD per hour (with potential for increase over time based on performance)
