Lead Generator & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are an Australia-based premium painting company looking for a remote lead generator and digital marketer to help us grow. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing ad campaigns, finding qualified leads, and helping us attract high-end residential and construction clients.

We want someone creative, proactive, and experienced in marketing who can help us reach more customers through Facebook, Google, and other platforms.

? Responsibilities:
Generate leads through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms

Build basic sales funnels and lead flows

Create ad graphics, captions, and simple landing pages (using Canva or other tools)

Conduct competitor research and audience targeting

Run A/B tests and track ad performance

Find new B2B leads (builders, architects, real estate professionals, etc.)

Collaborate with our Australian team via chat or Zoom

Help with other digital marketing and admin tasks when needed

???? Requirements:
Minimum 3 year of experience in lead generation or digital marketing

Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite

Good written English (clear and professional)

Experience with Canva or similar graphic tools

Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

Familiar with retargeting, email flows, and lookalike audiences

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Bonus: Experience with construction, painting, or home improvement industry
