About Us:
We are a fast-growing roofing company based in Seattle, WA. We are focused on building strong systems, branding, and scalable growth. We are not your average contractor — we move fast, expect high performance, and treat our team with respect.
We are looking for a highly competent VA who can take ownership of our lead follow-up and sales support systems. This is not a basic VA role — we want someone who can run the machine and help us build it stronger.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Calling, texting, and following up with new and existing leads
-Updating CRM with lead statuses, booked jobs, and pipeline movement
-Helping build and manage our sales funnel and follow-up systems
-Assisting with quote follow-up and lead reactivation campaigns
-Tracking daily and weekly KPIs (leads contacted, jobs booked, follow-up attempts)
-Supporting and improving outbound communication workflows
Required Skills and Experience:
-Fluent English (both verbal and written)
-Previous experience in office admin.
-Strong ability to communicate with leads and convert them into appointments
-Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Chirp,
-High attention to detail and ability to track lead pipeline stages
-Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
-Available during PST hours for at least 4 hours per day
Bonus Experience (Not Required but Preferred):
-Experience working in roofing, construction, or other home services
-Experience writing follow-up messages that convert
-Experience building automated workflows or campaigns inside CRMs
