GoHighLevel VA (Start with Gig – Grow to 20-40 Hours/Week) | Long-Term Role

We’re an Australian-based GoHighLevel agency that helps local Aussie business owners set up and grow using GHL. We're now on the lookout for a GoHighLevel all-rounder to join our growing team!

You’ll begin with project-based gigs, helping set up GHL accounts for new clients alongside our team. If the client later wants ongoing support, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a 20 hours/week VA role, with the potential to increase to 40 hours/week as our client base grows.

This is a long-term role for someone who loves GoHighLevel, genuinely cares about client success, and is ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

Start with gig setup:
? Help set up GHL accounts for new clients with me(funnels, CRM, automation, forms – full setup)
? Use Zapier for basic integrations (bonus!)

If the client wants ongoing support, you’ll help with:
? Building & managing email + SMS campaigns (Important!)
? Optimising workflows and automation (Important!)
? Handling day-to-day GHL tasks
? Troubleshooting and improving client systems
? Stay across new GHL features and releases

This role starts as a setup gig but gives you the ability to grow into part-time (20hrs/week) and then full-time (40hrs/week) with the same client.

Must-Haves:

? Strong, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
? Excellent English (written, spoken & ability to explain tasks via Loom sometimes)
? Positive, can-do attitude — team players only! (We have support team to ask questions at the back end)
? Self-motivated and eager to learn (we grow together)
? Able to work Australian business hours or with some timezone overlap
? Detail-oriented and dependable
? Familiarity with Zapier, Slack, Canva, and similar tools
