Amazon Product Sourcing Lead

We are a hybrid coaching and agency business helping clients launch their first wholesale products and unique bundles on Amazon. We work with clients in the UK, US, Europe, and Australia.

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist who will be responsible for both product research and product sourcing to support our growing client base. Please reply with “Banana” in the subject line if you’ve read this far.

Key Responsibilities
Product Research:
- Identify profitable wholesale and bundle opportunities across Amazon marketplaces (UK, US, EU, AUS)
- Conduct competitor analysis to validate product demand and pricing
- Evaluate product seasonality, sales history, and profitability potential
- Recommend products that meet client budget, ROI, and compliance criteria

Product Sourcing:
- Contact and negotiate with wholesale suppliers, distributors, and brands
- Source bundle components at competitive pricing while maintaining quality
- Arrange for product samples and approvals
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries

Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure research and sourcing align with client objectives
- Maintain organized records of suppliers, quotes, and product research findings
- Track lead times, order progress, and resolve supply chain issues proactively

Requirements
- Experience in Amazon FBA wholesale or bundles (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Familiarity with research tools (e.g., Keepa, Helium 10/Jungle Scout, SellerAmp)
- Strong negotiation and communication (english) skills with suppliers
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Minimum 20Mbps Internet speed

Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience in Amazon UK, US, or EU wholesale markets
- Existing supplier/distributor network
- Basic understanding of Amazon compliance and restricted product categories
