Funding Processor / Virtual Admin (US-Based Lending)

About the Role:
We’re a fast-growing 8 figure U.S.-based funding company helping real estate investors and business owners secure 0% interest business credit cards and high-limit personal loans.
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, detail-obsessed Virtual Processor who can help us submit funding applications, manage client info inside Notion, and support our operations team.

Tasks You’ll Handle:
Submit client applications to:

American Express

Credible (personal loan aggregator)

Other lending portals (we’ll train you)

Organize and update client records in Notion


Follow step-by-step SOPs using checklists


Communicate with team leads and update statuses in real-time


Maintain 100% confidentiality and accuracy



You MUST Be:
Detail-oriented (you triple-check your work)


Comfortable working in U.S. hours (EST/PST)


Fluent in written English (you’ll write updates)


Tech-savvy (you’ll be using Amazon Workspace, Notion, and Chrome)


Able to follow instructions like a sniper


FAST and reliable internet (no potato connections)


Hungry to grow with a serious U.S. company
