Staff Accountant / Finance Associate

Rezip is hiring a remote Staff Accountant / Finance Associate to support daily accounting operations, vendor payments, inventory tracking, and month-end close. Must have at least 2 years of accounting experience in a U.S.-based company, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and a background in consumer products, retail or inventory-based businesses. Must be tech-savvy, fluent in Excel and cloud tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Airtable), and available to work U.S. business hours between 9 am - 4 pm Eastern Time Zone. Experience with Amazon or eCommerce accounting is a plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and able to coordinate across a small, fast-paced team.
