We're looking for a Quality Controller / Analyst Virtual Assistant to help maintain the highest standards across operations. If you have a sharp eye, strong analytical skills, and a love for organization and clarity — you might be the perfect fit.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Identify inconsistencies or errors in reports, processes, or files
Create, update, and manage reports and spreadsheets (advanced Excel functions required)
Monitor workflows and ensure process compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues
Provide insights and recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency

? What We’re Looking For:
Excel Expert – Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.
Problem Solver – You don’t just flag issues — you find root causes and suggest solutions
Excellent English – Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to Detail – You catch what others miss
Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
Spanish Speaker: Ability to speak and write in Spanish

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
