Google Adwords Expert Needed

I am looking for somebody with experience managing Google Adwords PPC campaigns to setup and manage the PPC campaigns for our brand of ~30 products.

We need somebody who has high attention to detail, is results focused and has strong keyword research and analysis skills.

You will be reporting directly to me and be required to communicate clearly using our task management system and Skype. Each day you'll be expected to outline what you plan to work on and how long you expect it to take. Then at the end of the day you'll need to report on what you have done.

You will be judged on your ability to increase traffic and ROI over time so you will need to create a system for keeping track of campaign performance and reporting that to me.
