???? About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly resourceful Automation VA who loves building efficient systems, automating boring tasks, and finding smart shortcuts using tools like Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, and more.

You’ll work directly with leadership to identify repetitive tasks, build automations, and support product and marketing workflows that save time, reduce errors, and drive growth.

???? Responsibilities:
Build, test, and maintain automations across tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)

Create and document SOPs for recurring workflows

Support data management using tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion

Connect systems (e.g., Calendly to Slack, Typeform to Gmail, CRM to dashboard)

Build automations for social media scheduling, CRM updates, form responses, lead flows, etc.

Assist with basic AI prompt workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Support integration and tracking across marketing and ops pipelines

? Requirements:
1–3 years of experience with automation tools (Zapier is a must)

Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or structured logic flows

Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, CRMs

Able to read docs, figure things out, test, and ship working automations fast

Strong English, clear communicator, highly organized

Bonus: experience with AI tools, no-code builders, or basic scripting
