MedSpa Appointment Setter

We are hiring a full-time appointment setter with direct experience in medical aesthetics or medspa sales. If you have not worked in the medical aesthetic space, do not apply—your application will not be considered.

This is a high-output sales role, not a customer service job. Your primary responsibility is to convert inbound leads fro ---------- ta ads into paid consultations—not free calls, not tentative bookings. You must know how to close low-ticket sales quickly and confidently.

You will be using a power dialer system (HotProspector) in combination with GoHighLevel CRM. You must be comfortable handling 200–300 calls per day, following up relentlessly, and overcoming objections on the spot.

Key Responsibilities:

Call 200–300 leads per day using HotProspector (power dialer)

Convert Meta-generated leads into paid consultations

Follow up with warm leads through phone, SMS, and CRM automations

Qualify prospects, handle objections, and close over the phone

Requirements:

Experience in medspa or medical aesthetic sales is mandatory

Proven ability to sell paid consultations (not just free bookings)

Neutral or native English accent – heavy accents will disqualify

Familiarity with power dialers and CRMs

Quiet work environment and fast, stable internet

Hunger to hit targets and earn bonuses

Compensation:

Strong base pay

Aggressive bonus structure tied directly to paid bookings
