We’re a fast-growing US-based B2B lead generation agency that helps startups and established brands reach new business opportunities through outbound sales. As an SDR, you’ll work hands-on with our clients to drive top-of-funnel activity, initiating meaningful conversations with business leaders, identifying high-potential prospects, and setting the stage for future sales.
This is an ideal role for someone who is excited about business, understands the value of persistence and wants to sharpen their sales skills in real-world campaigns.
What You'll Do
-Conduct outbound outreach to generate interest and create qualified sales opportunities.
- Deliver concise, compelling pitches that capture attention and spark curiosity.
- Uncover prospect needs through thoughtful discovery and qualification.
- Book meetings between prospective clients and the sales teams you represent.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, progress, and feedback in the CRM.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to continuously improve outreach strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal communication with a natural, conversational tone.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or any client-facing role is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking to senior-level decision-makers (or ready to learn how).
- Able to handle rejection with professionalism and bounce back stronger.
- Someone who thrives in a remote environment and meets deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with basic CRM familiarity.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
