Video Editor

We are boutique video production agency specializing in maritime and yacht videography. Our content is used by international charter companies, yacht builders, and lifestyle brands to engage clients and elevate their presence across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and more.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor with a sharp eye for cinematic storytelling and a solid understanding of post-production workflows. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to work with a library of beautiful yacht and maritime footage. While prior experience in the yachting industry is not required, curiosity and an eye for luxury branding is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Edit promotional and documentary-style videos for yachts and charter companies
Assemble footage, apply transitions, mix audio, and refine narrative pacing
Perform color correction and grading using DaVinci Resolve Studio
Organize and manage project files using cloud-based workflows
Deliver content in various formats optimized for web, social media, and client needs
Occasionally assist with motion graphics or text overlays as needed

Requirements:
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio (or willingness to learn)
Basic to intermediate understanding of color grading and correction
Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing
Good organizational skills and ability to manage versioning, timelines, and revisions
Stable internet connection and own editing workstation
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable with feedback, collaborative workflows, and working across time zones

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience editing for luxury or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with YouTube platform requirements and social media formats
Understanding of LUTs, scopes, and export codecs
Remote work set ups for transferring files and projects, we'd need to build out the system
