We are looking for a CFO / Accountant who understands the numbers behind an e-commerce business and uses them to fuel growth and stability.

About Us
We run multiple successful fashion dropshipping brands and are growing fast. To keep scaling sustainably, we need someone who can fully manage and monitor our finances. This role is for someone trustworthy, proactive, and highly experienced with financial operations in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update a daily Profit & Loss (P&L) overview

Track financial growth, loss, cash flow, and expenses

Process and reconcile bank statements, PayPal exports, and payment platforms

Work with Shopify data to ensure accurate revenue and cost reporting

Host weekly meetings with real-time financial updates and reports

Proactively identify financial risks, issues, or opportunities

Suggest improvements and request missing information as needed

Deliver accurate, easy-to-understand reports and analysis

Collaborate closely with founders and operations team

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or CFO-type roles in e-commerce

Deep knowledge of Shopify, bank files, PayPal, and payment reconciliations

Strong ability to build and maintain financial dashboards and tracking tools

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and think strategically

Strong communication skills in English

Proactive mindset – you take ownership and suggest improvements without being asked
