MedSpa Virtual Assistant

Remote | Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)

We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant with experience in the MedSpa industry to help us nurture and convert leads for our clients (leads generated through Meta ads)

You’ll be working directly in GoHighLevel, contacting leads via call/SMS, and guiding them toward booking appointments (including collecting deposits). Your role is vital in driving real ROI for our MedSpa partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Calling, texting & following up with inbound leads
• Booking appointments with prospects
• Collecting deposits when needed
• Keeping CRM (GoHighLevel) organized & up to date

Requirements:
• Has experience in the MedSpa industry (not a must, but definitely helps)
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Confident in sales, objection handling, and building rapport
• Active listener & strong closer (without being pushy)
• Experience using GoHighLevel (this is a must)
• Available 2 hours per day, ideally 7 days/week
• Willingness to learn and grow with us long-term

Compensation:
• Base pay: $5/hour
• Performance bonuses based on monthly KPIs
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time role if successful
