Overview:
Uptime Logic LLC is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider based in New Jersey, offering AI-enhanced IT solutions to SMBs with 99.9% uptime. We’re expanding globally and need a remote Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and posting marketing content
- Manage and qualify leads from inbound & outbound channels
- Conduct basic research on leads and competitors
- Keep CRM updated and prepare reports
- Initiate first contact via
- Coordinate calendars and follow-ups for the sales team
- Bonus: video editing or ad creative skills
Requirements:
- Fluent written English
- Experience in cold outreach,
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM (GoHighLevel/HubSpot), Canva and LinkedIn
- Own a laptop/desktop with reliable internet
- Available at least 4 hours per day during U.S. business hours (EST)
- Must leave a short review on Google (min 1-2 sentences about Uptime Logic’s mission and values) before interview
Offer:
- $400–$600/month starting salary, based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
