About the Role
This is a senior operations role. You’ll be the second brain behind the CEO, responsible for:

Keeping the team accountable

Ensuring smooth client delivery

Managing internal systems and tools

Improving agency operations week over week

You’ll oversee day-to-day execution, project management, team performance, and internal SOPs.
If something breaks, stalls, or drags – it’s your job to fix it.

What You’ll Own
1. Project & Task Management
Oversee ClickUp task board daily

Ensure all client deliverables are on track

Create weekly team priority plans

Handle urgent reassignments or bottlenecks

2. Team Management
Daily check-ins and follow-ups

Run weekly standups and ops meetings

Track performance, support hiring + onboarding

3. Systems & Process Ownership
Maintain and improve SOPs

Audit tools like Slack, ClickUp, Airtable, GHL

Identify gaps or inefficiencies and fix them

4. Reporting & Accountability
Weekly reporting on task output, team capacity, and delivery health

Monthly tracking of client performance metrics (GMV, margin, etc)

Send CEO a weekly “Ops Snapshot” with risks, wins, and action points

???? What You Need
5+ years in an agency, startup, or online business ops role

Hands-on experience managing remote teams and tools

Fluent in ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, GDrive, Zoom, and Google Sheets

Strong written and verbal English

Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on accountability

Comfortable making decisions under pressure

Can manage multiple projects across multiple departments without overwhelm

? Hours & Setup
Full-time, PH-based, 40 hours/week

Must be available 10am–2pm UK time (5pm–9pm PH) for live overlap

$2,000 to $4,000/month depending on experience

Bonuses based on performance and agency growth

13th month + PH holidays respected

Paid trial project before full hire
