Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients across Canada.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our mortgage specialists.
Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and bookings.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling or appointment setting (preferably in financial services or real estate).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, clear speaking voice.
Strong time management and organizational abilities to work independently.
Reliable working device (laptop/desktop) and high-speed internet connection are a must.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
