About Selva Blanc:
Selva Blanc is a chic, elevated fashion brand made for petite women who want timeless, tailored pieces that fit right the first time. We’re prepping for launch and looking for a creative, independent, and skilled Virtual Assistant who can help us manage and grow our digital presence. This is a long-term role with major growth potential for the right person.

What You’ll Do:

Shopify & Website Management
• Add, update, and optimize product listings (descriptions, variants, tags, images)
• Manage site layout and improve UX based on analytics
• Suggest and implement SEO improvements for traffic and conversion
• Monitor store health and performance

Social Media & Content Creation
• Manage daily posting on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta etc.
• Plan and schedule content using Canva or Adobe CC
• Research trends and create content that aligns with our brand
• Write compelling captions and build engagement through DMs/comments

Marketing & Growth Strategy
• Assist with email marketing, influencer outreach, and campaign ideas
• Use of AI tools or automations to improve operations
• Stay on top of trends, competitors, and best practices

Temporary Customer Service Support
• Respond to basic customer service inquiries via email/chat (no phone calls)
• Help build out FAQ, templates, and systems for automation
• Report customer feedback and suggest improvements

You’re a Great Fit If You:

-Have experience with Shopify (must)
- Are great with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Know how to grow social media accounts organically
- Are organized, creative, and can take initiative without hand-holding
- Have excellent written communication
- Understand SEO, marketing, and content that sells
- Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop, fashion/eCom, AI tools
- Bonus: You’ve done customer support (chat/email) professionally
