Virtual Assistant for Ecom Wellness Brand (UGC Outreach + Admin)

We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce brand in the wellness & recovery niche (currently launching a sauna blanket product) and we’re looking for a smart, reliable, and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

You’ll be helping with everything fro ---------- ssaging TikTok creators to organizing Google Drive folders to replying to pre-launch emails. You'll be trained and guided, but we want someone who can take initiative and communicate well.

This is a flexible, part-time role with massive growth opportunity.

Responsibilities:

? Find and message TikTok & Instagram micro-influencers to create UGC videos
? Track outreach and replies using Google Sheets
? Organize and label content in Google Drive
? Research trends, competitor offers, or content angles
? Upload testimonials, screenshots, and product reviews to folders
? Set up and manage email templates for customer support (we’ll give scripts)

Requirements:

- Strong written English skills (you’ll be messaging creators directly)
- Highly organized with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs
- Comfortable learning new software tools (Airtable, Canva, Slack, etc.)
- Can work independently and meet deadlines without needing constant check-ins
- Bonus if you have experience with Shopify, influencer outreach, or UGC coordination

Hours & Pay:

- Starting: 10–15 hours per week
- Pay: $4.50–$8.00 USD/hour based on experience
- Pay will increase with good performance over time
