We are an E-Commerce company that is looking for a customer service representative.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must agree to be over the phone during shift
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience (e-commerce and Amazon)
- Excellent English written and speaking communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to drive results according to company goals
-Open mind and positive attitude to learning new skills
- Experience in E-Commerce business workflow
- A home office with a strong and reliable internet connection
- Flexible on schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute strategies to gather reviews and maintain a good rating.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to all reviews, messages, and return requests
- Analyze all customer reviews, messages, and return requests to fix our product or listing issues.
