About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing serviced accommodation (Airbnb/Rent-to-Rent) business. This role is vital to ensuring smooth communication, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This is not just a tick-box role — I’m looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and genuinely owns their part of the business. You’ll be a key tea ---------- mber helping to free up my time so I can focus on scaling the company.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication:

Promptly respond to all guest messages and inquiries (including evenings when required)

Handle check-in/check-out queries, complaints, and general support

Ensure 5-star guest experience through professional and friendly communication

Cleaner & Contractor Coordination:

Communicate with cleaners regarding schedules, issues, or last-minute changes

Liaise with maintenance personnel when issues arise at a property


Email
& Inbox Management:

Keep all communication channels clear, organized, and up-to-date

Respond to or escalate emails as appropriate

Operational Support:

Maintain booking calendars and property management systems

Keep track of operational tasks and follow through without being prompted

Financial & Performance Reporting:

Prepare monthly breakdowns of income and expenses per property

Basic performance analysis (e.g., engagement on listings or social media posts)

Marketing & Social Media (Optional but Preferred):

Create engaging visual content using Canva or similar tools

Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (ESSENTIAL)

This must be your only full time job (ESSENTIAL)

Able to provide a visual of your workspace (ESSENTIAL)

Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental operations (preferred but not essential)

Strong time management and self-organization

Problem-solving mindset — you can think on your feet and act fast

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks

Comfortable with technology (Canva, email tools, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, etc.)

A strong sense of responsibility — understanding that this business runs 24/7

Willingness to be flexible with hours when urgent tasks arise outside the typical 9–5
