ERS is seeking a confident & dynamic applicant to fill the newly created role of Marketing Manager.

As a member of the ERS Leadership team you will report to the Managing Director, you will deliver key outcomes that support the success of the business.

ERS recognises that it is unlikely that you will have hands on talent across all of the detailed skills.

Key is your ability to work with and lead our existing and established Philippines based team that work independently. Including a Webmaster, Data Ensry and SEO staff. These team members will support your success in this role.

In this role your responsibilities will include:
•Supporting digital content production through the use of content management systems, with particular focus on content quality and search engine optimization.
•Demonstrated ability in conducting digital and social media analysis, reporting and making recommendations in accordance with our business objectives.
•Designing and producing artwork across a range of collateral including print and online
•Directing our Offshore team members across a multitude of tasks
•Managing our fortnightly data base communication via eNewsletters
•Supporting design and content for social media platforms to support strategic sales campaigns
•Launching and monitoring our now near completion eCommerce site
•Operating as the gate keeper of our CRM
•Recognising that activity is judged on results

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

•Tertiary qualifications in at least one of the following with an understanding of graphic design, marketing, digital, communications or a related field
•Strong administration/presentation skills
•Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
•Extensive and proficient use of MS Office
•High level design skills with demonstrated ability and experience in graphic design, email marketing and web development
•Experience in email marketing and/or content management systems
•Skilled in designing and implementing communication and promotional strategies
•Excellent time management skills, multi tasking, ability to work to deadlines, maintain flexible approach and contribute to a team environment
•High level of professionalism and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
•Attention to detail
