About Us
We operate a successful short-term rental business in Dubai, managing premium properties for international guests. We're expanding our team to provide exceptional 24/7 guest communication and support.

Position Overview
We're hiring 3-4 Virtual Assistants to handle guest communications across all time zones. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless experiences from booking to checkout.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication: Respond to inquiries via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and email within 5 minutes during your shift
Pre-arrival Support: Send check-in instructions, answer questions about the property and Dubai recommendations
Issue Resolution: Handle maintenance requests, booking modifications, and guest concerns promptly
Check-in/Check-out Coordination: Manage arrival/departure logistics with cleaning and maintenance teams
Documentation: Log all guest interactions and issues in our management system
Upselling: Promote additional services (early check-in, late checkout, tours, etc.)

Required Qualifications
Excellent English: Native or near-native proficiency (written and spoken)
STR Experience: Minimum 2 years in short-term rental, hospitality, or property management. Former Airbnb employee is a big plus!
Platform Knowledge: Familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and property management systems
Dubai Knowledge: Understanding of Dubai areas, attractions, transportation, and local customs
Technical Skills: Proficient with communication tools, spreadsheets, and multi-platform messaging
Availability: Committed to consistent shift schedule including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with Dubai STR market.
Former Airbnb employee is a big plus!
Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, French, German, Russian)
Customer service certifications
Experience with WhatsApp Business, Slack, or similar tools
