We design world-class custom websites, branding, and marketing graphics for high-level clients using online marketing funnels to grow their businesses.

As our Senior Website Designer & Co-Team Leader, you'll have an exciting dual role combining hands-on design work with team leadership in an AI-enhanced creative environment.

Your Design Responsibilities:
- Create stunning, conversion-focused website designs for high-level clients
- Design custom branding, logos, and marketing graphics
- Use AI tools to enhance your creative process and speed up design workflows

Your Leadership Responsibilities:
- Co-lead our design team alongside our other Filipino senior designer and team leader
- Provide strategic feedback and mentorship to help other designers grow
- Teach tea ---------- mbers how to leverage AI tools while maintaining creative excellence
- Ensure consistent quality and brand standards across all projects

What We're Looking For
- We’re looking for someone who excels at both design execution and team collaboration.
- This role is approximately 50% hands-on design work and 50% team leadership and mentoring.

Design Excellence:
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional website designs, branding, and logos
- Proven experience with Figma, Midjourney, CanvaAI, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
- Deep understanding of conversion-focused web design and user experience
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high creative standards

Note: You do not need to manage the coding/build phase for website designs (we have a team of talented developers to handle that).

Leadership & Collaboration:
- Natural mentoring ability with a desire to help other designers grow
- Experience collaborating with and guiding tea ---------- mbers (formal leadership experience not essential)
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Understanding of how to integrate AI into design without losing creativity

Essential Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Figma (primary tool), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and prompting techniques
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile-first design

AI Integration Skills:
- Ability to train tea ---------- mbers on AI tool integration
- Understanding of AI limitations and when human creativity is essential
- Knowledge of AI ethics in design and client work

Personal Qualities:
- Excellent design eye with high attention to detail
- Strong collaborative spirit and natural mentoring ability
- Self-motivated to work productively from your home office
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with remote teams
- Excellent communication skills, including strong English writing
- Enthusiastic about both creating beautiful designs and helping others improve

Your Setup Requirements
- Fast and reliable PC or Mac with sufficient processing power
- Professional home office setup with good lighting for occasional video calls
