? Your Main Role

You will help multiply and repurpose the newsletter content we already create into multiple marketing channels:

?? Turn newsletters into LinkedIn articles, social media posts, and email content.

???? Possibly send email newsletters or insert parts into our email signatures.

???? Help manage and improve our SEO websites – reviewing content, optimizing pages, and updating meta data.

???? Assist with learning our CRM system (we’ll train you!) and be ready to answer occasional customer calls if our primary VA is unavailable. (This will be only 10-15% of your role.)

???? Skills & Requirements

Excellent written English and communication skills

Experience with:

LinkedIn and other social media platforms

SEO tools like Google Search Console or Yoast

Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, MailerLite, etc.)

Comfortable using CRMs (we’ll train you on ours)

Proactive attitude — we love tea ---------- mbers who take initiative!

???? Tech Requirements

A good working computer (no slow or outdated devices)

Very stable internet (fiber or wired preferred)

Backup power and connection are a plus!

???? Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have)

Canva or graphic design experience

Familiarity with basic WordPress or website updates

Previous VA experience working with a U.S. company
