About the Role:
We’re seeking a bilingual customer support professional who can provide top-notch assistance to our Spanish-speaking customers. You’ll be handling support inquiries via
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish and English via
- Assist users with product questions, order issues, and general troubleshooting
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of support cases
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and process improvements
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- 1+ year of experience in customer support (remote preferred)
- Familiarity with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
- Clear communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Work Hours:
Full-time | Remote | Nightshift - CST
