About the Role:
As our Marketing Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to support the day-to-day administrative and business-as-usual (BAU) tasks that keep our marketing function running smoothly. This includes managing schedules, updating content, coordinating campaigns, and assisting with general marketing operations.
In addition to these core duties, you’ll also contribute to our digital presence by supporting social media content creation, video editing, and occasional campaign execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure all marketing activity is consistent, timely, and aligned with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination
o Maintain content calendars and coordinate timelines for marketing projects.
o Support internal marketing needs and assist with event promotion (e.g. webinars/seminars).
Website Content Support
o Assist with content creation for blog posts, e-books, and lead magnets.
o Support website content management using a CMS (e.g. WordPress).
o Maintain the brand asset library and ensure consistency in visual branding.
Video Editing & Content Creation
o Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, website, and events.
o Add captions, transitions, music, and branding elements to ensure high-quality output.
o Repurpose webinar recordings into snackable clips.
Photo Editing & Design
o Use Canva (or similar tools) to create branded visuals, infographics, and templates.
o Edit photos for use across social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management
o Plan, schedule, and manage posts across LinkedIn,
o Engage with followers and monitor comments/messages to support community growth.
o Track content performance and adjust strategy based on data insights.
o An opportunity to completely own the channel and spearhead projects to expand reach and establish presence in new platforms
Analytics & Reporting
o Monitor engagement, reach, and content performance across platforms.
o Assist with monthly performance reports and content improvement recommendations.
Who We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, digital media, or communications role
• Skilled in video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Experience in photo editing and creating graphics using Canva (or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Confident with social media platforms and content trends across LinkedIn, Instagram,
• Strong written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone
• Familiarity with
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team
• Interest in accounting, finance, or small business marketing is a plus
