Finance Application Coordinator

At Ezy Pzy Finance, we help business owners access the funding they need—fast. As our business continues to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a reliable and capable Finance Application Coordinator who can keep up with a fast paced role, be able to multitask efficiently and play a key role in supporting our operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Reviewing bank statements and client info, preparing and submitting business finance applications quickly and efficiently.
- Supporting our Deal Coordinator with timely updates of the loan applications by requesting updates from our lenders.
- Accurate and timely CRM data updates.
- General administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage email communication with leads and lenders.
- Reports related to your role (daily and weekly)
- Receive full training and guidance to succeed in your role.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To thrive in this role, you must be:

- Experienced in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - working quickly, multi-tasking and staying calm under deadlines is essential.
- Exceptionally organised, accurate, and reliable.
- Confident in your email and admin support skills.
- From a banking or finance background with familiarity in financial documents and lending processes.
- Proficient in CRMs and confident in data entry and task management.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
- Proactive, fast to learn, and solution-oriented.
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Sydney Time) - paid one hour break
