Virtual Assistant for Design, Content Creation & Sales Funnel Development

Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented, creative, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to help design our upcoming baby guide we are about to launch, create visually engaging Instagram content, and assist with developing Kajabi landing pages and sales funnels. If you are someone with a passion for design, content creation, and optimizing digital marketing, this is the role for you - even better if you are passionate about all things baby!

Initially this will be an hourly/project based role, with the goal to become a full time employee with us. You will be liaising with the owner in Melbourne, Australia

Responsibilities:
Design & Content Creation:
Design our upcoming Guide: Assist in creating a visually stunning, easy-to-read eBook/guide. This includes designing a cover page, internal pages, layout, and formatting to align with the brand’s aesthetic.

Instagra ---------- dia Content: Create engaging Instagram posts, stories, reels, and IGTV video templates. Help with designing a cohesive visual style for the feed and stories that aligns with the brand.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work, whether it's for Instagram or the Baby Prep Guide, adheres to brand guidelines (color scheme, fonts, aesthetic).

Kajabi Landing Pages & Sales Funnels:
Landing Page Creation: Build and design visually appealing, high-converting landing pages on Kajabi.

Sales Funnel Development: Assist in the setup and optimization of sales funnels, including email sequences, lead magnets, and thank-you pages for our upcoming Guide and future digital products.

Funnel Analytics: Help track funnel performance, optimize conversion rates, and suggest improvements for the pages and sales process.

Requirements:
Experience with Kajabi: Experience in creating landing pages, sales funnels, email sequences, and other Kajabi tools. Strong understanding of online marketing best practices is a must.

Design Skills: Proficiency in design software like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), or other design tools. Must be able to create polished, branded designs that are visually appealing and aligned with our aesthetic.

Instagram Content Creation: Proven experience creating high-quality Instagram posts, stories, and reels. Must be familiar with Instagram trends and what resonates with mothers to-be.

Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written communication and ability to respond quickly to feedback and requests.

Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail, accuracy, and consistency in design, layout, and content.

Creative & Proactive: You should be able to contribute your ideas and suggest improvements for both design and strategy.

Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with other tools like Google Docs, and Zoom for communication and task management.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Knowledge or experience in copywriting for sales pages and landing pages.

Experience working with digital products, particularly in the parenting and baby niche.

Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies to improve website traffic and conversions.
