Virtual Assistant Needed to Submit Contact Forms for 500 Shopify Stores

Description:
I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with a one-time outreach project starting next week (Monday).

The task involves reaching out to ~500 Shopify-based e-commerce stores via their website contact forms. You’ll be using a personalized message template I’ll provide, and you’ll log all activity in a Google Sheet. Everything is fully documented with a clear SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Opening each store link (provided in a Google Sheet).
Checking whether the site is a real e-commerce store that sells physical products.
Personalizing a short outreach message (based on the provided template).
Submitting the message through the store’s contact form.
Taking a screenshot before submitting the form (with the filled-out message).
Taking a screenshot after submission (confirmation message).
Uploading both screenshots and pasting the links into the sheet.
Searching for and adding up to 3 relevant emails of decision-makers (e.g., founder, CEO, marketing head) using the website or tools like LinkedIn, Hunter, etc.

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Basic written English (message template is provided)
Ability to personalize short messages in English
Familiarity with Google Sheets
Ability to take and upload screenshots
Bonus: experience using tools like Hunter or Apollo for email lookup

Project Type:
One-time project (can lead to more work if done well)

Start Date:
Next Monday, August 4th

Deliverables:
Completed Google Sheet with all fields filled + outreach completed for 500 stores
