Full-Time Long-Term Executive Assistant (EST Timezone)

Hello my name is Harvey, and I’m looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives on clarity, systems, and results. You’ll work closely with me across both personal and business tasks. You’ll help remove bottlenecks, keep things moving, and make sure the right things get done at the right time.

A bit about me:
I’m based in Georgia in the U.S. and my current project is a local service business I've been working on since 2019 called Wash Web. I care deeply about doing things the right way: with integrity, consistency, and focus. I believe in keeping things simple, being useful to others, and building with purpose, not ego. I move quickly, but I value depth over speed. I’m not looking for just a task-taker, I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with me and play a key role in building something that matters. Looking for someone who:

Thinks like an operator
- Can manage themselves, not just follow orders
- Spots what’s missing and solves it without being told
- Is organized, focused, and values simplicity
- Has excellent written and spoken English
- Has at least 1+ years of experience as an EA, Ops Assistant, or similar
- Can handle a fast-paced founder and knows how to slow things down when needed


Tasks include:

- Managing email and calendar
- Creating SOPs and systems from scratch or from voice notes
- Coordinating with my team (some overseas, some local)
- Following up on tasks, deadlines, and projects
- Keeping me and the company focused on what matters most
- Helping with personal or travel tasks

This is not a short-term or side gig. I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with me. You’ll start with a clear onboarding period and we’ll build trust and rhythm.

This starting pay reflects where we are now, but I fully expect it to grow as the business grows and as your impact/role increases.
