Remote Dental Claims Specialist (Asprodental Software Experience Preferred)

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in dental claims processing who thrives in a remote setting. You’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely submission of insurance claims, managing denials, and ensuring clean claim follow-ups—all within the Asprodental platform

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit dental insurance claims using Asprodental practice management software and VYNE trellis clearinghouse with accuracy and efficiency
Knowledgeable with dental insurance PPO plans and Medi-cal Denti-cal through government programs.
Billing Dental claims and including accurate attachments.
Follow up on outstanding or unpaid claims to ensure prompt resolution (aging claims, Account receivable)


Investigate and correct denied or rejected claims, then resubmit as appropriate


Communicate effectively with insurance companies and the operations team to resolve claim-related issues


Maintain detailed documentation of all claim activities and correspondence


Ensure compliance with insurance policies, billing procedures, and claim guidelines



Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of dental billing or claims experience


Experience with Asprodental Dental Software strongly preferred


Solid understanding of CDT codes, dental billing cycles, and insurance protocols


High attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills


Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities


Ability to work independently in a remote environment


Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
Solid understanding of healthcare privacy laws, such as HIPAA.



Schedule
Full-time, remote position


Day or night shift (Philippine time) based on U.S. office needs
