JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We’re The Healthy Workspace, a company based in Australia that helps organisations improve workplace wellbeing through training, coaching, and practical mental fitness programs. We're in the middle of a rebrand, and we need help giving our website a fresh update — and that’s where you come in!

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, design-savvy website assistant who is highly skilled in WordPress and Elementor. This is a casual role — perfect if you love variety and want flexibility.

We don’t need you full-time (yet!), but we do need someone we can trust to jump in and get things done accurately and efficiently.

???? Tasks You’ll Be Working On:
Updating website content (copy provided)

Uploading and optimising new photos

Making specific pages inactive or hidden

Tidying up menus and site navigation

Minor layout adjustments using Elementor

Suggesting improvements (if you see a better way!)

Must-Have Skills:
WordPress & Elementor experience (please include examples)

Excellent English reading and communication

???? Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Canva or light image editing

Knowledge of mobile responsiveness

Previous experience working with Australian clients
