We are seeking a highly creative and skilled web designer for a contract-based project to modernize both of our websites and bring them up to competitive, professional standards.
???? The Project Scope (This Gig)

You will be responsible for:

Redesigning and enhancing ---------- and ----------

Delivering two complete, fully functional websites that are:

Visually appealing and modern

Optimized for desktop and mobile

Well-structured, intuitive, and fast-loading

Clear in value proposition and aligned with our brand

Working directly with the Director for content feedback, creative consultation, and business alignment

Migrating and organizing content, improving layout, and adding interactive or conversion-focused elements

Ensuring basic SEO structure is in place

Leveraging WordPress (currently hosted via SiteGround)

???? Compensation

$500 USD fixed fee for the full gig (2 redesigned websites)

Paid in full upon successful completion and final approval

May lead to full-time employment in web development & digital marketing for the right candidate

???? Skills & Traits We’re Looking For

Proven experience in WordPress web design and development

Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices

Familiar with modern tools like Canva, Adobe XD, Figma, Elementor, etc.

Knowledge of basic SEO and site performance optimization

Great command of English (spoken and written) – you’ll consult directly with the Director

Organized, self-driven, and responsive

Able to work during Toronto (EST) hours for check-ins and collaboration

Fast internet and a professional remote setup

Access to our existing websites and hosting panel

Company branding, images, content direction

Office 365 account (Outlook/Teams) for communication

Strategic guidance and feedback from the Director
