JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Influencer & UGC Marketing Assistant to support the daily operations of our influencer and content creator campaigns. You’ll work directly with the Influencer Marketing Manager, helping manage communication, keep everything on track, and assist with both influencer partnerships and UGC production.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the digital marketing space with hands-on experience in creator sourcing, UGC coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing Support

Research and source influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

Assist with outreach and email communication with creators and agencies

Track responses, negotiations, and maintain organized campaign sheets

Support with briefing creators, collecting content, and ensuring deliverables are met

Keep contracts, usage rights, and approvals organized

UGC Management

Source and manage UGC creators for product-based content

Help create and send detailed creative briefs for UGC video/photo shoots

Track production timelines and ensure timely delivery of content

Organize and tag UGC content in shared folders or internal systems

Support with scriptwriting and reviewing UGC content for quality and brand fit

Admin & Reporting

Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets trackers

Keep email and project communication structured and up-to-date

Organize creative assets, contracts, scripts, and deliverables

Assist in tracking campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and promo code usage

Help prepare performance recaps and organize campaign data for analysis

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English

Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Gmail

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Ability to understand and track influencer performance metrics (KPIs)

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice to Have
Previous experience in influencer or UGC marketing

Familiarity with platforms like Aspire, Modash, CreatorIQ, or Trend.io

Experience using Notion, Airtable, or Trello

Interest in social media, content creation, and digital trends
