Position Summary
We’re hiring Live Stream Hosts with energy, charisma, and proven live selling experience. This is a performance-based sales role where your earning potential is tied directly to your ability to entertain, engage, and drive sales during livestreams.
You’ll stream 10+ hours per week, sell Instant Packs live, create content to grow your audience, and interact with viewers in real time. Even better—there’s little to no shipping or handling involved, so you can focus purely on what you do best: selling and entertaining.

What You’ll Do
???? Host high-energy livestreams on Drip (10+ hours/week, remote & flexible)
???? Sell Instant Packs live—build excitement, explain the product, and convert viewers into buyers
???? Engage with your audience through chat and voice—bring the hype
???? Create short-form promotional content (TikToks, Reels, Shorts, etc.) to drive awareness and viewership
???? Use your own social channels to promote your shows and drive traffic
???? Focus on selling—we handle logistics so you can concentrate on streaming



Compensation
???? $30/hour base, with the potential to earn up to $75/hour based on sales and performance
???? Bonus opportunities if you bring a strong, engaged social media audience
???? This is a performance-based sales role—earn more by selling more
???? Compensation may vary by geography depending on local market rates and regulations


Requirements
? Live selling experience on platforms like Whatnot, TikTok Shop, IG Live, or similar
???? Large and engaged social media following (TikTok, IG, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) - we will ask that you can get to at least 50 followers before going live if we don’t have proof of following
???? A confident, compelling on-camera presence
???? Solid technical setup (smartphone, ring light or other lighting, and 30mbps+ upload speed)
? Ability to commit to at least 10 hours/week
???? Comfortable creating content that drives traffic and engagement
???? Coachable, collaborative, and adaptable to platform best practices
