Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Fashion Product Research (Facebook Ads Focus)

Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time / Freelance (with potential for long-term collaboration)

Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and fashion-savvy Virtual Assistant to help with product research specifically within the fashion niche. You’ll be analyzing Facebook Ads to identify trending products, styles, and creative strategies used by other fashion brands. This is a key role in helping us stay ahead of market trends and optimize our own campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research on Facebook Ad Library and Meta feeds (Facebook & Instagram) to identify trending fashion products and ads.

Analyze creatives, copy, engagement, and positioning of top-performing fashion ads.

Create detailed reports with screenshots, links, product types, and competitor strategies.

Track recurring trends in color, style, design, and presentation.

Provide weekly summaries and insights to guide product and marketing decisions.

Requirements:

Strong interest or background in fashion (women’s fashion preferred).

Familiarity with Facebook Ad Library and social media advertising.

Basic understanding of e-commerce and fashion retail.

Good organizational and reporting skills (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).

Proactive and self-motivated with attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred but not required:

Experience in dropshipping, print-on-demand, or fast fashion.

Prior work with fashion brands or marketing teams.

Knowledge of current fashion trends and influencers.
