We are currently hiring a HighLevel Expert and Funnel Builder to support the design, development, and ongoing optimization of high-converting sales funnels. This is a full-time, high-responsibility role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation inside GoHighLevel.

Position Summary
This role is not for beginners or those still “getting familiar” with funnel building. We're seeking a seasoned implementer—someone who can execute quickly, iterate based on performance data, and work independently with minimal supervision.

You’ll be responsible for building, testing, and refining automated funnels that support lead generation, onboarding, conversion, and retention across multiple verticals. If you're not confident in building real-world systems in HighLevel from scratch, this is not the right fit.

Trial Period: 30–90 Days
All candidates begin with a paid 30-day trial period (hourly or fixed weekly rate). During this phase, you’ll be evaluated on key performance areas:

- Speed and accuracy of implementation
- Proficiency with HighLevel systems and tools
- Communication and collaboration via Slack
- Quality of automation and funnel logic
- Responsiveness to feedback and iteration

If we determine that additional time is required to fully assess fit, we reserve the right to extend the trial period to up to 90 days. Our goal is to ensure alignment in both performance and culture before offering a long-term opportunity.

At the end of the trial, one of three things will happen:
1) You’ll be offered a full-time salaried position
2) You’ll be offered contract work at an hourly/project basis
3) We’ll part ways professionally and pay in full for all completed work

Compensation Structure
- Trial Period: Paid weekly or bi-monthly at $2–$5/hour, depending on skill level
- Full-Time Salary (Post-Trial): Up to $1,200/month based on performance and responsibilities
- Performance Reviews: Quarterly evaluations to determine bonus eligibility and compensation increases
- Opportunities for Advancement: Additional roles in campaign strategy, account leadership, and automation oversight

Responsibilities
- Build and launch full-cycle funnel systems inside GoHighLevel
- Design automations for email, SMS, and form flows that align with campaign objectives
- Create, manage, and deploy account snapshots for streamlined onboarding
- Set up and monitor KPI dashboards and funnel performance metrics
- Optimize landing pages, calendars, lead forms, and client portals
- Manage review automation workflows to support reputation building
- Troubleshoot funnel breakpoints and identify opportunities for conversion improvement

Minimum Requirements
1) Must have an ID Proof Score >85 to be considered
2) Proven experience working with GoHighLevel CRM and building live funnel systems
3) Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic integrations
4) Demonstrated ability to complete complex projects with minimal supervision
5) Excellent written and spoken English
6) Reliable PC or laptop and fast, stable internet connection
7) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
8) Available for at least 4 hours/day aligned with U.S. business hours
